HOW TO RESERVE

Please contact City Hall at 541.369.2522 for availability. All facilities are rented out on a first come, first serve basis. Completed reservation form and payment are required to reserve your date, and must be received at least three business days prior to your reservation. A $30 refundable deposit is required for all reservations and will be returned via check following your event to the mailing address provided on the registration if the facility is left clean and undamaged. See reservation fees below.
