Rotating Art Show-Quilts
The Community Center is a large, open room on the lower level of City Hall. It has a small sink in the corner, and a closet full of long tables and folding chairs. There are public restrooms just down the hall. It is available to be reserved for private parties or public events. Halsey Residents pay a discounted rate, and there are discounts for non-profits. There are also periodic free City sponsored events that are open to the public. Rotating art shows are featured regularly in the Community Center. Interested in displaying your artwork?
