Highway 99 Project Updates

Update: Friday, September 19, 2022:

What is scheduled:

  • Week of September 19th
    • Single Lane Closures on the south end of town on Monday and Tuesday between 7 am and 2 pm.
    • Lane shifts (continued) resuming on Wednesday
    • Stormwater work continues on east side of road
    • Swale-landscaping the swale near the school on 9/22 & 9/23. Expect minimal impact. * This week is tentatively scheduled and may be moved to the following week
  • Week of September 26th
    • Stormwater work continues

What To Expect:

  • Single lane closures on the south end of town with minimal delays Monday and Tuesday 7am to 2pm.
  • Lane shifts with two-way traffic.
  • Construction noise and trucks


Friday, September 2, 2022:


What is scheduled:

  • Week of September 6th
    • Stormwater Work Continues
    • Ditch Work-North of American Drive
    • Landscape Swale Near the School
  • Week of September 12th
    • Stormwater work moves to eastside of roadway

What to Expect:

  • Lane Shifts with Two Way Traffic. Construction Noise and Trucks

What is scheduled:

  • Week of August 22nd
    • Stormwater work continues
  • Week of August 29th
    • Stormwater work continues
    • The swale near the school will be excavated

What to Expect:

  • Lane shifts with two way traffic. Construction noise and trucks.
  • Increased activity near the school the week of the 29th.

Tuesday, August 2, 2022:


Work is set to begin the Highway 99 project on Monday, August 8th with water main and hydrant relocations. The work will be conducted during the daytime and residents should expect construction noise.
