Roosters

As a reminder, per Halsey Municipal Code 10.10.090, Roosters are not permitted in the city limits. They crow not only in the early morning, but sometimes at all hours of the day, and disturb surrounding neighbors.

Please also remember that your flock must be contained to your property at all times, per Halsey Municipal Code 10.10.030. If you have any questions about City Ordinance regulations, please view the Municipal Code, or give us a call at City Hall.
