Thank You, Council President Skinner

Lee Skinner has resigned from his position as City Council President for the City of Halsey.

Lee and his wife, Sharlene, are making a cross country move to be closer to family. Councilor Skinner was originally appointed to Council in March of 2014 and has served the City of Halsey for over six years. For four of those, as Council President. He is kind to other Councilors, staff, guests and citizens and his service to the community is sincere.

We are sad to see Councilor Skinner go but wish him all the best in this next chapter. Thank you, Mr. Skinner for your dedicated service to the citizens of Halsey.
