*BILLS ARE SENT THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH FOR THE PRIOR MONTH'S USAGE *FEE SCHEDULE: Water Turn-On/Off Fee: $20.00 Guarantee Deposit: $54.00 or $108.00 for Commercial Accounts Minimum Monthly Sewer Service: $23.00 Minimum Monthly Water Service: $31.00 Late Letter Charge Per Service $ 2.50 Late Fee Charge Per Service $ 5.00 24 Hour Notice $ 5.00 Annual Backflow Charge $20.00 Billed in
September - Due in October *DELINQUENT CHARGES: Late Letter Charges are assessed on the 20th. Late Fee Charges are assessed on the 25th of each month. If the 20th or the 25th falls on a weekend the charge will be assessed on the next normal business day. *WATER/SEWER SERVICES: Accounts become delinquent if not paid by the twentieth day of each month.
Water will be turned off on
the last day of the month unless arrangements have been
made. *TURN ON FEE: 1. Water turned off will not be turned on again until all delinquent charges and Turn-On fee are paid. 2. After 5:00 P.M. weekdays, or holidays the Turn-On fee will be $40.00.
3. No person, except for authorized employees or agents
of the City of Halsey may turn water on or off unless
the customer shut off valve is used. Violators could
receive up to a $500.00 fine. *GUARANTEE
DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER 6 MONTHS
