City Hall According to Rules of Council the meeting can not last more than 2 1/2 hours without approval of the majority of the Council. Anyone wishing to address the Council on any issue must notify City Hall by 4:00 p.m. the Day of Council. Disability Accommodation: Assistance for persons with disabilities are available upon 48 hours advance request.
